We had a comfortable stay in this house. The property is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Each day we saw families of deer grazing on the nearby golf course, and sometimes on the front lawn of the house. We really enjoyed the comfortable king-sized beds in both the upstairs and downstairs primary suites. Additionally, the shower in the upstairs primary suite bathroom was wonderful with great water pressure. We also found the house very clean (with the exception of some handprints left by previous visitors on the windows overlooking the deck). Upon our arrival, we could only access the upstairs portion of the house (though we'd rented the entire property). We messaged the property manager who sent us a separate code for the basement level. On our first day, we also noticed that the hot tub needed servicing. The property manager was quick-to-respond and sent their team out to fix it. We really appreciated their prompt and kind response to each of our questions. I'm sad to say, we were disappointed by the game room. The graffiti wall is super cool, but the equipment in the room is a little beat-up. The room is in a small, converted garage space, with a musty smell. This room was a major selling point when we were searching for rentals, however we didn't end up using it due to the state of the equipment and smell.Overall, we had a comfortable stay and really liked the location of the house. It wasn't exactly as we expected, but it worked for our needs.

We arrived to the home when it was already dark (5 pm in December). The outside lights were inadequate to find the sidewalk to the front door so we had to use our phone lights. Once inside it was obvious the home did not have the heat running, it was 57F degrees inside (40F outside that night). We fiddled with the thermostat and got the heat running, left for dinner hoping to come back to a warm house. When we got back 2 hrs later, the temp was 61 and the heat had stopped running. We set the thermostat again but this time I was apparent the system was not running at all. Instead of hanging out in the living room for the evening, we all just headed to bed. It was too cold to do anything else. I sent a message via VRBO to what I thought was a real person, but in the morning only received an email asking how the check in process was and our opinion of the home so far. I sent another email referencing the first regarding the heat, hoping there was at least a real person monitoring the emails but only received a response asking how we slept and if there were any questions about the check out process. My 3rd email, referencing the first two about the lack of heat was only met with another personalized automated email asking to give a 5 star review! I would not stay at this house again and I would go out of my way to avoid any fundhome.com rentals anywhere.

Spacious and clean. Just stayed in free land for the night. All the bed rooms were good size and communal space was as well. Outdoor deck had an amazing view.
